Effective January 1, 2026. By enrolling in ThoughtVox Riders programs or using our website, you agree to these terms.
User Responsibilities
Parents and guardians must ensure children arrive on time, wear appropriate safety gear, and follow instructor directions. Users agree to maintain respectful conduct during all lessons and events.
Enrollment & Payments
All enrollments require full payment at registration. Accepted methods include credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Session fees are non-transferable between participants.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 14 or more days before a session start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 7 days prior or for missed sessions.
Safety & Liability
ThoughtVox Riders provides helmets and safety training. Participants ride at their own risk. The company is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety rules or pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed at enrollment.
