Frequently Asked Questions
What age is best to start bike lessons? ↓
Most children begin between 3 and 5 years old, though we welcome riders as young as 2.5. Readiness matters more than exact age.
Do children need their own bikes? ↓
We provide balance bikes and pedal bikes during lessons. Parents may bring a familiar bike if preferred.
Are helmets included? ↓
Yes. Every child receives a properly fitted helmet at the first session. We also recommend a helmet for home riding.
How long are the lessons? ↓
Classes run 45 minutes for beginners and 60 minutes for advanced riders. We offer Saturday morning and weekday afternoon slots.
What should my child wear? ↓
Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes work best. Avoid loose scarves or long dresses. We meet rain or shine in covered areas.
How do I cancel or reschedule? ↓
Log into your account or email [email protected] at least 48 hours before class to avoid fees. Same-day changes are subject to availability.
Is there a sibling discount? ↓
Yes. Families registering two or more children receive 15% off every additional participant.
What if my child has special needs? ↓
Our coaches are trained to adapt lessons. Please mention needs on the registration form so we can prepare the right bike and environment.
Do you teach traffic safety? ↓
Absolutely. Beginners learn balance and control; intermediate riders progress to sidewalk rules and basic street awareness on safe park roads.
